Your Mission

To strengthen our teams specialised in roadworks, we are looking for an experienced Asphalt Team Leader / Adjuster (M/F).

You will be responsible for organising and ensuring the smooth running of asphalt application sites, while guaranteeing quality, safety, and adherence to deadlines.

Your Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate an asphalt laying team.
• Ensure manual and mechanical adjustment of asphalt.
• Organise daily work on site.
• Control the quality of implementation and levels.
• Ensure compliance with safety rules and current standards.
• Coordinate interventions with the site manager and other trades.
• Actively participate in laying work when necessary.

Your Profile

• Proven experience as Asphalt Team Leader, Adjuster or Application Manager.
• Very good knowledge of roadworks and asphalt laying.
• Ability to lead a team and make decisions on site.
• Organisational skills, autonomy and team spirit.
• Category B driving licence.
• Team leader or foreman training is an advantage.
