• Confirmed experience of 5 years on construction sites in Switzerland
• Mandatory SUVA machine operator licence (rollers and/or paver)
• Good command of compaction techniques
• Autonomous person who enjoys working in a team
• Good physical condition, dynamic and responsible

• Operation of pavers and/or roller compactors
• Application and compaction of asphalt
• Adjustment of thickness and surface finishing
• Quality control and compaction according to standards
• Coordination with asphalt teams and site managers
• Routine maintenance of machinery
• Compliance with instructions
