Together, we have strived for over a century to contribute to the development of our region with dynamism.In the context of an upcoming retirement, we are looking for our asphalt sector for a:Asphalt ForemanYour missions:Reporting to the works supervisors, you ensure the management of asphalt construction sites and the management of field teams. In this capacity, you are responsible for:- Organizing and supervising one to two teams and monitoring asphalt construction sites, from preparation to completion- Ensuring compliance with deadlines, quality, and standards in force- Strictly ensuring compliance with rules and requirements regarding safety, quality, and the environment- Ensuring the proper maintenance of machines and equipment- Drafting daily reports and ensuring the monitoring of work- Being the primary contact between the construction site and works managementYour profile:- Solid knowledge of bituminous coatings and their implementation- Knowledge of asphalt machines- Holder of M5/M6 machinist permits is a plus- Leadership and ability to unite teams- Autonomy, flexibility, and mastery of French- Federal Foreman driving license is a plusOur advantages:- Our employees are our priority.
