Introduction

Are you passionate about working with elderly people and wish to contribute to their care in a warm environment? The Foyer de la Côte, located in a beautiful setting in the upper part of Corcelles, is looking for a Socio-Educational Assistant (ASE) to join our dynamic and committed team.

Responsibilities

As an ASE, your main duties will include:

• Supporting and supervising elderly people in their daily activities.
• Participating in the development and implementation of educational projects.
• Ensuring a safe and caring environment for the beneficiaries.
• Collaborating with the multidisciplinary team to meet the individual needs of residents.

Qualifications

We are looking for a candidate who has:

• A recognised diploma as a Socio-Educational Assistant (CFC ASE).
• Previous experience in a similar position.
• Experience in managing small and large groups.
• A strong ability to listen, empathy, and communication skills.
• A team spirit and a proactive attitude.
• Good command of French (spoken and written).
• A driving licence.
• Playing a musical instrument would be a plus.
