Urgent, we are looking for one of our clients, specialized in home care in the canton of Geneva, well-known in Geneva. Your mission: Design and carry out individual and group activities aimed at stimulating cognitive, physical, social, and emotional skills to enhance the autonomy level at the pace and desires of each person. Encourage and value skills and support the maintenance of autonomy. Observe reactions and progress during activities and communicate relevant information to the multidisciplinary team. Collaborate with care and management teams to ensure coherent support. Profile: Degree as an assistant or equivalent title. Experience with people with disabilities is required and/or you are flexible and can adapt quickly. Comfortable with regular mobility in the canton; driving license is essential. You reside in Geneva. Position to be filled quickly at 50% for a minimum of 2 months, renewable.
