Today, we are looking for one of our clients based in the canton of Geneva for an Asbestos Removal Sector Director.Asbestos Removal Sector DirectorMain task / mission- Setting up the asbestos removal sector (autumn, but under management)- Approach and obtaining authorizations from authorities- Development, management, and commercial follow-up of clients and technical monitoring of offers- Preparation of public or private tender files- Establishment of the remediation methodology- Feasibility study according to resources- Selection of suppliers / offer analysis and price study (site visit, implementation of methodology, steering the study, selection of partners, calculation of quantities and real needs for the proper execution of the work)- Search for possible alternatives / Variants- Financial closing, analysis of human resources and equipment, and drafting of schedules, technical reports, methods, and annexes- Transfer of files and calculation assumptions to the monitoring and execution part of the sites- Cost analysis after completionProfile- Holder of a CFC or similar / Mastery of asbestos regulations in CFST- Experience in a similar function in Switzerland is an asset- Junior or Confirmed, ideally experience in a company or design office / expert office- Ability to work autonomously, contentious and rigorous with a sense of organization and priorities- Decision-making and management sense in a global development vision- Mastery of current tools required: Microsoft Office and software BAUBIT, MS Project, AUTOCAD, and Nuance Power PDF Advanced desirable- Team spirit, competitive spirit, initiative, flexibility, persevering- Good aptitude and capacity for negotiationOffer- A work environment that values initiative and responsibility- The opportunity and autonomy to develop your sector- Quality and large-scale projects- Base salary: to be negotiated according to profile and experience (Bonus)- Full time 100%- Thermal or electric company vehicle- Company phone / tabletIf you are interested, do not hesitate to send us your application file.
