Job Description ##
- Develop and execute sponsorship and partnership strategies to achieve revenue objectives
- Identify, approach, and secure new sponsors and commercial partners
- Manage key partner relationships and act as the primary point of contact throughout the partnership lifecycle
- Negotiate sponsorship agreements and ensure commercial terms are effectively managed
- Create and refine sponsorship packages, exhibitor offerings, and activation opportunities
- Coordinate sponsor participation for conferences, events, and industry programmes
- Oversee exhibitor management, floor planning, and sponsorship logistics in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
- Ensure contracted benefits are delivered and maintain high levels of partner satisfaction
- Monitor sponsorship pipeline performance, forecasting, and revenue reporting
- Collaborate closely with marketing, events, finance, and leadership teams
- Support continuous improvement of partnership processes and commercial operations
The Successful Applicant ##
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional qualification
- Around 3-7 years of experience in sponsorship sales, partnerships, business development, events, or account management
- Experience with the pharma/lifescience sector is a strong plus
- Proven ability to generate revenue through commercial partnerships or sponsorship programmes
- Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills
- Experience working with corporate partners, exhibitors, or key accounts
- Comfortable managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
- Strong commercial mindset combined with a customer-oriented approach
- Experience working with corporate partners, exhibitors, or key accounts
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Fluent English is required; additional European languages are advantageous
- Proficient with CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications
- Willingness to travel occasionally for event delivery
