Job Description ##

  • Develop and execute sponsorship and partnership strategies to achieve revenue objectives
  • Identify, approach, and secure new sponsors and commercial partners
  • Manage key partner relationships and act as the primary point of contact throughout the partnership lifecycle
  • Negotiate sponsorship agreements and ensure commercial terms are effectively managed
  • Create and refine sponsorship packages, exhibitor offerings, and activation opportunities
  • Coordinate sponsor participation for conferences, events, and industry programmes
  • Oversee exhibitor management, floor planning, and sponsorship logistics in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
  • Ensure contracted benefits are delivered and maintain high levels of partner satisfaction
  • Monitor sponsorship pipeline performance, forecasting, and revenue reporting
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, events, finance, and leadership teams
  • Support continuous improvement of partnership processes and commercial operations

The Successful Applicant ##

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional qualification
  • Around 3-7 years of experience in sponsorship sales, partnerships, business development, events, or account management
  • Experience with the pharma/lifescience sector is a strong plus
  • Proven ability to generate revenue through commercial partnerships or sponsorship programmes
  • Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience working with corporate partners, exhibitors, or key accounts
  • Comfortable managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
  • Strong commercial mindset combined with a customer-oriented approach
  • Experience working with corporate partners, exhibitors, or key accounts
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Fluent English is required; additional European languages are advantageous
  • Proficient with CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for event delivery
