## Job Description ##
* Develop and maintain a strong understanding of Switzerland's economic landscape, including key industries, market dynamics, and regulatory frameworks.
* Research and evaluate market developments, identifying trends and opportunities relevant to international cooperation.
* Build and nurture relationships with stakeholders across the private sector, academia, innovation ecosystems, and investment communities.
* Initiate and support collaboration opportunities between organizations, with a focus on business, technology, and investment partnerships.
* Contribute to the planning and delivery of meetings, events, and delegations that promote cross-border engagement.
* Produce high-quality written materials such as market insights, strategic briefs, presentations, and analytical reports.
* Actively monitor the business environment and provide timely updates and insights to internal stakeholders.
* Support ongoing projects and initiatives aimed at strengthening economic ties and fostering commercial exchange
## The Successful Applicant ##
* Bachelor's degree in Economics, International Economics, Business Administration or Finance
* Experience in the public sector and/or non-profit sector is an advantage.
* Fluent German and English are required, French and / or Italian is an advantage.
* Strong analytical thinking and research capabilities.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* A clear interest in international economic relations, trade promotion, and collaboration between markets.
* The ability to identify opportunities, develop initiatives, and execute them effectively.
* A commercial perspective with the ability to translate insights into practical partnerships.
