As a preferred partner of international brands such as 3M, Tesa, Sika, Loctite, and other leading manufacturers, we support industrial companies every day with high-performance technical solutions and recognised local service.

To continue our development in French-speaking Switzerland, we are looking for an enthusiastic and results-oriented individual to join our team.

Your mission

You will become the preferred partner of our industrial clients in French-speaking Switzerland (VD, GE, FR, VS, BE-Fr.).

On a daily basis, you will:

• Develop and retain a portfolio of existing clients;
• Identify new business opportunities;
• Support your clients in their technical projects;
• Advise and train users on our solutions;
• Build long-term trust-based relationships;
• Develop and implement your commercial strategy;
• Ensure the follow-up of your activity in our CRM.

You will have great autonomy in organising your sector.

Your profile

• You enjoy fieldwork.
• You appreciate human contact as much as commercial challenges.
• You know how to listen before proposing a solution.
• You also possess:
  - A technical or commercial education
  - Successful experience in B2B sales of technical or industrial products;
  - Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  - An entrepreneurial spirit and good organisation
  - French as your mother tongue and good knowledge of German (B1/B2)
  - A residence in French-speaking Switzerland, ideally in a location within your sales region.
