Sector ManagerWith over 60 years of experience in the field of sapphire and plastic injection, we have acquired and developed unique and complementary expertise in the production of custom-made parts. These skills meet our clients' requirements in terms of both technique and aesthetics. To strengthen our Sapphire Business Unit, we are looking for a:Sector ManagerMissions:- Organize, coordinate, and supervise daily production activities, ensuring compliance with quality, deadline, and productivity objectives;- Guarantee proximity management that fosters skill development and team cohesion, while ensuring strict adherence to company standards and requirements.Responsibilities:- Ensure individual and collective management of a team (time & absence management, performance management, success management, recruitment, corrective feedback, personal development, and accountability);- Organize and distribute work within the team based on priorities, skills, and available production capacities;- Guarantee compliance with production schedules and set deadlines;- Ensure compliance with lead times for client deliveries by managing production orders for all products on the line in coordination with scheduling;- Create and manage staff scheduling daily and in the medium term;- Participate in preliminary discussions regarding equipment selection and project management for the line;- Ensure the transmission of instructions, monitoring of objectives, and technical support for staff;- Actively relay messages and commitments from Management, lead performance rituals, and ensure adherence to standards;- Control the conformity of parts to quality requirements (dimensions, aesthetics, finishes, etc.) and ensure compliance with procedures;- Lead corrective and preventive actions in connection with non-conformities;- Collaborate closely with quality, logistics, maintenance, and methods departments on production problem-solving;- Ensure follow-up of first-level maintenance;- Identify and report needs for tools, equipment, or resources;- Actively contribute to continuous improvement actions (5S, Lean, scrap reduction, flow optimization, etc.);- Ensure the safety of personnel, compliance with instructions, and the maintenance of equipment in good working order.Profile:- Basic technical profile (Federal Diploma of Vocational Education and Training in Mechanics, Micromechanics, or equivalent);- Confirmed experience in a similar position for several years in an industrial environment and experience in team management;- Good command of processes and constraints specific to production;- Knowledge of production monitoring tools and performance indicators;- Proficiency in ERP tools and basic office software (Excel, Word);- Proficiency in continuous improvement tools and methods (5S, Lean, problem-solving, Kaizen);- Ability to interpret plans and production ranges;- Proximity leadership, sense of responsibility, and field-oriented approach;- Rigor and ability to manage priorities;- Ease of communication and ability to motivate and unite a team;- Analytical mind and solution-oriented;- Reactivity and adaptability in a high-quality requirement environment.We offer:- Flexible working hours (possibility to finish at 3:30 PM from Monday to Friday);- Vacation: 5 weeks per year and additional days offered;- Salary paid over 13 months with payment of your health insurance premiums;- Regular events (summer meals, monthly brunches, company outings, etc.);- Discounts with various partners (fleet discounts, private sales at prestigious brands, etc.);- Healthy, rewarding, dynamic, and constantly evolving work environment. jid7892b9caen jit0627aen jpiy26aen
