The Department Management is looking for a personality to lead a sector of three teams and is opening a position for a Sector Manager at an activity rate of 80%.MissionYou are responsible for the quality of the service offer of your sector with regard to the residents' projects. You have a large degree of autonomy to guarantee the quality of the support of three teams. You manage the human resources of your sector within the framework of institutional policies. You collaborate closely with your colleagues within a high-performing and committed team of middle managers.Responsibilities- Guarantee that the residents' projects are taken into account.- Ensure quality links with the residents' networks (internal and external).- Guarantee a mode of operation within the teams.- Guarantee compliance with the various procedures related to the management of residents' projects as well as HR management.- Coordinate your action with that of other managers of the institution and/or participate in institutional projects.Profile- HES diploma (educator, social worker) or equivalent.- Also, a diversified social background, able to bring a constructive and innovative perspective.- Interest in supporting vulnerable people and complex social situations.- Knowledge of the PPH model and its tools for project development.- Successful experience in team leadership, training in management is an asset.- Regular continuing education.Work environmentLocated in Lausanne, easily accessible by public transport, Eben-Hezer Lausanne offers you a first-rate work environment within a dynamic and competent team.
