About the office

Our architectural office, based in Villars-sur-Ollon, is active in the design and realisation of varied projects ranging from 100,000 CHF to over 15 million CHF. We support our private and institutional clients through all phases of the project, from the sketch to the handover of keys.

As part of the development of our activity, we are looking for a motivated, autonomous and rigorous HES architect and a building draughtsperson to strengthen our team.

Workplace: St-Maurice (1890) and/or Chesières (1885)

Start date: immediately or to be agreed

Your tasks

- Complete follow-up of architectural projects, from preliminary design to final acceptance

- Coordination of various stakeholders (mandataries, companies, clients, authorities)

- Preparation of plans, construction details and tender documents

- Administrative, technical and financial monitoring of construction sites

- Regular site visits

Profile sought

- HES architect diploma or equivalent recognised in Switzerland

- Experience in project follow-up in Switzerland: a real asset

- Good knowledge of SIA standards, local administrative and legal procedures

- Proficiency in a drawing software (ArchiCAD is a plus)

- Sense of responsibility, team spirit, autonomy and versatility

- Good level of French (spoken and written)
