The ALBEDIS Construction agency (Interiman Group) specializes in the recruitment of professions in architecture, engineering, and construction. For one of our clients in Lausanne, we are looking for the following profiles for public/private building projects using ARCHICAD in 3D H/F. DESCRIPTION OF THE POSITION: - Create execution plans and detail plans for building projects - Produce technical detail notebooks for various trades - Prepare documents for permit requests, calls for tenders, and ensure consistency of the documents in coordination with architects, engineers, and companies - Participate in technical follow-up meetings and adjustments according to feedback from the field or project management REQUIREMENTS: - Technical degree in building, specialization in architecture (CFC or equivalent) - Proven experience in producing execution plans and detail notebooks - Proficiency in ArchiCAD software - Attention to detail, rigor, and ability to work in a team - Autonomy and adherence to strict deadlines on site ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: Further details will be provided to candidates that match the profile during an interview. jidf4693c0aen jit0206aen jpiy26aen
