Therefore, we have the field to develop our architecture, always founded on the balance between form and function, with a primordial priority: the quality of the project.We are looking for a talented and motivated Architect HES/EPF to join our dynamic team and contribute to the development of innovative and high-quality architectural projects.Responsibilities- Develop high-quality architectural projects in connection with stakeholders (clients, authorities).- Prepare building permit plans and related forms.- Prepare execution files (plans, sections, and technical details) for new and renovation projects.- Collaborate closely with architects, engineers, and other team members.- Ensure the compliance of plans with SIA standards and local regulations.Profile- Degree in Architecture HES or EPF, or equivalent.- Experience in an architectural office of 3 to 5 years.- Mastery of design and modeling tools (ArchiCAD is a plus).- Knowledge of Swiss standards and regulations in construction.- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team.- Works autonomously while respecting the spirit of the agency.- Mastery of French, knowledge of German or English is an asset.We offer- A stimulating work environment and access to varied projects.- A dynamic team passionate about architecture.- A pleasant work environment in our offices in Lancy and Leysin.- Electric vehicles available for travel.How to applyIf you are passionate about architecture and wish to join a dynamic team, we would be delighted to receive your application.
