Architect EPF/HES or equivalentWe are looking for an Architect EPF/HES or equivalent. We are a friendly and dynamic team of 6 people with various skills within the office.Place of work: Verbier or Lausanne.You are an experienced, autonomous professional wishing to join a dynamic, human-sized structure. For over 20 years, Corthay Architecture has been developing architectural projects in Valais and the Canton of Vaud with high standards and passion.Your profile:- You hold an architect degree EPF / HES or an equivalent qualification.- Construction and site management.- Management of tenders, calls for bids, and planning.- Contacts with clients, municipalities, companies, and authorities.- Financial management, cost control, and quality control.- Active participation in the development of the office.- You have perfect command of ArchiCAD.- Proficiency in French; English and German are an asset.- Driver's license.Your main tasks:- Active participation in all phases of a project, from design to completion.- Coordination with the various stakeholders of a project.- Preparation of necessary technical documents.Advantages:- A human-sized team.- Quality projects in an exceptional alpine setting.- Very varied projects.- Skiing (or après-ski) at the foot of the office if in the Verbier office.- Lausanne office possible upon request.Application:To apply, please submit your CV/portfolio and your cover letter.
