ArchitectWe are looking for an execution architect to join our team at 80%. Fixed-term contract until the end of the year, with the possibility of a permanent position. You will be responsible for producing execution files for various projects, including plan files, establishing constructive details, and coordinating with the various project stakeholders, while ensuring compliance with the building permit and current standards. You will play a key role in resolving technical problems to ensure the smooth running of projects.Experience of 3 years in the production of execution files in Switzerland is desired.Ability to assist a construction management team for the execution phase.Ability to produce permit application files and architectural feasibility studies: mastery of architectural design and in-depth understanding of construction systems and techniques.Perfect mastery of Archicad software.
