Real Sàrl is a young company active in the field of residential building construction and villas in the canton of architecture. Real estate promotion, architecture, and construction are the three areas we have decided to bring together to ensure quality projects that are important to us. To strengthen our team, we are looking for an architect whose tasks will be to take care of each project, from land acquisition to handing over the keys. Tasks: - Develop and optimize architectural projects for residential buildings - Manage building permit applications, execution plans, work scheduling, and budget- Write specifications for bidders - Establish tables and manage different stakeholders (general contractors and companies)- Monitor construction sites and financial plans - Conduct feasibility studies for new projects - Participate in acquiring new projects Your profile: - Degree in architecture EPF/HES or equivalent - Minimum of 3 years of experience in Switzerland - Mastery of drawing software - Proficiency in French - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Good communication skills We offer: - A varied job within a small, dynamic, and motivated team - Possibilities for remote work - Permanent contract ranging from 60%, with starting conditions to be agreed upon Do you recognize yourself in this job description?
