ai4 is an architecture and interior architecture firm based in Geneva (headquarters), Lausanne, and Porto, with about forty employees. As part of the development of our activities, we are looking for an Architect with experience in project management (100%) to strengthen our teams in Geneva and Lausanne. Your main activities include assisting project managers in conducting projects, supervising construction sites, and handling technical and financial aspects of projects during execution phases. Your tasks involve site supervision and attendance at site meetings, as well as writing minutes and updating work schedules (contractual deadlines, phasing). You will analyze bids and support project managers. You will draw and check execution plans and technical details. You will follow up on orders from companies and manage work control (quantities, progress, contractual compliance). You will manage changes (addendums) along with project managers and track reserves, resolve defects, and conduct project receptions.Your profile includes being an Architect, Technician, or similar with a minimum of 5 years of experience in project management in Switzerland. You have a good mastery of Swiss norms (SIA, calls for tenders, contractual management) and confirmed experience in site and company management. Proficiency in AutoCAD is required, as well as very good knowledge of the Office suite (Excel for financial tracking). You must have excellent command of French, both orally and in writing. You should possess a sense of rigor and autonomy, a proactive spirit, and attention to detail. You should have a sense of responsibility and confidentiality. You must be capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously and working under pressure.The position is available as soon as possible.
