To complete the staff of the Directorate of Urban Planning and Environment, the Municipality of the City of Pully is advertising a position for a Architect at 80%-100% for the "Building Permits" division
Mission:
Handle files related to building permits from the preliminary project to the habitation permit (applications for building, alteration, and demolition permits, etc.) in accordance with construction and land use legislation.
Main activities:
- Welcoming agents and preliminary discussions of construction projects from the City’s perspective, as the issuing authority
- Collecting submitted files and organising their administrative follow-up
- Preparing public inquiries
- Analysing files in terms of applicable regulations and laws
- Organising consultation with municipal and cantonal services
- Summarising opinions and drafting reports to the Municipality for the issuance of building permits
- Verifying compliance with conditions set in building permits
- Issuing habitation and/or usage permits
Desired profile:
- HES/ETS/ET architectural technician, architect, or experienced architectural draughtsperson or equivalent
- At least 3 years of practical experience
- Good knowledge of current legislation and procedures
- Strong writing skills and professional autonomy
- Proficiency in office software and geoportal tools
Start date: 1 October 2026 or by agreement
