Supply PlannerOur company:AISA Industrielle SA, leader in the field of packaging machines for the production of laminate and plastic tubes.Workplace:Vouvry, located in the Chablais region.Mission:- Ensure the management and supply activities for a portfolio of commodities in connection with the responsible buyers.- Ensure the fluidity of the ordering process, from the initial request to the receipt of goods, guaranteeing compliance with negotiated conditions, conformity and quality of deliveries, as well as adherence to deadlines.- Support buyers in their missions and contribute to the continuous improvement of supply processes.- Participate in the management of calls for tenders and supplier offers in connection with the buyers.- Keep data up to date and guarantee the quality of master data in SAP (suppliers, deadlines, MRP parameters).- Manage administrative tasks for the department.Profile:- Federal Diploma of Vocational Education and Training (CFC) as a commercial or technical employee, or equivalent training.- Confirmed professional experience in the field of procurement.- Fluent in French, professional English (German is a plus).- Ability to manage priorities.- Ease in contacts and teamwork.- Mastery of office tools, as well as SAP (MM module).To apply:Please send us your application online, with a complete file. jidc12d02faen jit0518aen jpiy26aen
