Reception and management
- Receive goods, identify and check products.
- Verify delivery documents, unload goods.
- Store products according to their nature, define packaging for hazardous substances and perishable goods.
- Use various IT and communication tools to transmit, record and save data.
- Manage stock status.
- Document control.
- Unloading goods.
- Quantitative and qualitative control.
- Integrate received goods into the company stock.
- Check delivery notes, packaging condition, and ensure that quantities, models and product characteristics correspond to what you ordered from your supplier.
Ensure receipt of goods, storage and destocking
- Handle loading and unloading of goods
- Ensure receipt, verify conformity and quantity of goods and report anomalies
- Store goods
- Organise storage areas
Manage goods flow
- Manage stock status to supply store shelves
- Prepare orders: picking, preparation, shipping
- Perform grouping or ungrouping of goods
- Operate handling equipment
- Ensure packaging and repackaging of certain products
Distribution
- Process orders received by mail, fax, email or phone and prepare them within the set deadline.
- Package goods safely, economically and ecologically.
- Prepare shipping documents by computer (delivery notes, customs forms).
- Plan and organise distribution according to the type of goods, recipient, means of transport (truck, train, ship, plane, etc.), deadline, etc.
- Ship goods or load transport vehicles.
- Make deliveries according to client requirements.
Tasks specific to Storage orientation
- Store goods in warehouses, respect shelf loading standards.
- Optimise the organisation system of items in storage areas.
- Evaluate stocks at all times to maintain an optimal flow of goods in and out.
- Calculate stock turnover frequency, establish statistics.
- Identify unsold items and process them.
- Dispose of waste according to environmental standards.
Experience
