As part of a long-term replacement mission, Experis is recruiting for one of its major institutional clients in the university hospital sector, an IT Product Manager - Medical Imaging. You will work within a critical, highly regulated medico-technical environment, where medical imaging systems play a central role in the patient journey. At a significant IT department (DSI), you will join a team responsible for the maintenance and evolution of a portfolio of critical medico-technical assets (medical imaging, intensive care units). The medical imaging scope is characterized by: a requirement for 24/7 availability, specialized vendor solutions (PACS, RIS, ancillary tools), significant operational management challenges, security, and regulatory compliance, as well as high expectations in terms of performance and quality from clinical teams. As an IT Product Manager, you are responsible for ensuring the reliability and sustainability of medical imaging systems, guaranteeing their alignment with clinical needs while ensuring a high level of availability, security, and compliance, and actively managing suppliers.Main Responsibilities:- Product Management: Gather and analyze the needs of users (doctors, technicians, caregivers). Maintain and prioritize the product backlog. Balance functional evolutions, technical debt, and system stability.- Maintenance in Operational Condition (MCO): Ensure availability, performance, and reliability of critical systems. Manage major and recurring incidents (root cause analysis, action plans). Monitor SLAs and KPIs concerning updates, fixes, and vendor upgrades.- Supplier Management: Be the main functional point of contact for vendors and oversee service quality and contractual commitments. Manage non-compliance issues and action plans related to public tenders and solutions.- Projects and Evolutions: Oversee functional evolutions and projects of solutions within the interoperability ecosystem (HL7, DICOM), data quality, and identity vigilance. Participate in testing phases, business processes, and production rollouts.- Security and Compliance: Contribute to compliance with Swiss regulatory frameworks (LPD, cantonal requirements). Participate in internal and external audits. Ensure functional traceability and research.Technical Skills:- Strong knowledge of hospital systems.- Proven experience with medical imaging solutions (PACS, RIS, specialized tools).- Good understanding of operational management challenges and ITIL.- Ability to analyze and challenge vendors.Personal Skills:- Ability to operate in a critical and high-pressure environment.- Functional leadership and service orientation.- Excellent written and oral communication skills.- Resilience to stress.Education: Master's degree, engineering degree (HES/EPF), or equivalent.Experience: 3 to 5 years minimum in a similar role in medical imaging.Language: Professional English (B2 level). ITIL or Microsoft certifications are appreciated.
