Manager (f/m/d) - 80% or 100% For our client based in Fribourg, we are looking for a Manager (f/m/d) responsible for managing the Virtual Ecosystem X by ensuring high availability in production within a highly visible mission context. Ensure the management of a complex ecosystem, ensuring availability, performance, and quality of service in production. Drive and coordinate changes and maintenance (corrective, evolutionary) with technical and business stakeholders, including in the form of simple X according to HERMES. Act as a point of contact between business units, domain/solution architects, and technical teams, along with solutions and clients. Produce and maintain support documentation, contribute to the running process, and train teams of suppliers. Set up/maintain dashboards for monitoring environments (test, production) and profiles. Confirmed experience in management over a complex scope with high availability requirements. Experience in software development and good understanding of technical environments (.NET, Java, IIS, MS X) and DevOps (Azure DevOps). Knowledge of microservices/API architectures and cloud environments; proficiency with Jira and good customer service skills, ability to interact with various stakeholders (business, IT, architects, suppliers). Fluent French is essential; good understanding of German (oral and written) is required; knowledge of iGovPortal and IceCube is appreciated. Benefits: 6 weeks of vacation per year and a pension plan.
