##### Your tasks #####
* Act as the key contact for dedicated customers to ensure complete solutions with ETEL products for their applications;
* Provide technical training and support to subsidiaries, and customers on the use of ETEL products;
* Create, maintain, and update training and course materials;
* Generate and update application and technical notes;
* Act as an expert on ETEL products, understanding their use in different customer contexts;
* Analyze problems and find solutions to meet customer and market needs;
* Develop best-known methods and best practices for the use of ETEL products;
* Support our sales teams by providing demos and technical information on our products and assist them during customer negotiations;
* Perform commissioning of ETEL products, tests and demonstration;
* Recommend product improvements;
* This function includes around 20% of business travel.
##### Your profile #####
* Bachelor or Master Degree in engineering (electronic, mechatronic, physics or equivalent);
* 5 years- experience in the field of applications engineering;
* Proven experience in mechatronics or industrial machine design is an asset;
* Good programming skills such as C++/C\#, Matlab, Python, etc.;
* Knowledge of control/regulation theory;
