### Your tasks ###

* Provide technical application support to customers for machine programming, process optimization, technology fine-tuning and machine performance improvement.
* Deliver basic and advanced customer trainings on CNC / EDM applications, both at customer sites and company locations.
* Perform test cuts, machine demonstrations and machine acceptance tests, both at company site and customer site.
* Support Sales teams with feasibility studies, product selection, customer presentations, events and trade fairs.
* Reproduce, analyze and report application issues, creating technical tickets and cooperating with internal teams to define effective solutions.

### Your profile ###

* Technical background in mechanics, electronics, automation or a related industrial field.
* Experience with CNC machines, machining processes, high-precision mechanics or industrial applications.
* Knowledge of EDM technologies, such as Wire EDM or Die-Sinking EDM, is considered a strong advantage, but not mandatory.
* Basic knowledge of metrology, measuring equipment and CAD/CAM software.
* Availability to travel from Monday to Friday for approximately 60% of working time.
* Strong problem-solving skills, customer orientation and good communication skills.
* German language proficiency is mandatory, a good command of English is required, and knowledge of Italian is considered a plus.
