We regularly look for profiles eager to invest themselves with our clients.On behalf of one of our clients based in Yverdon, we are looking for a MacOS / APPLE On-site Support Technician.Main missions:Ensure on-site support for users:- Offer quality technical support and follow-up to users on-site (workstations, tablets, and any managed peripheral) or during connectivity problems.- Pedagogically guide users in resolving malfunctions or changes, take control of the system within the limits of assigned authorizations.- Record all user requests and incidents in the ticketing tool.- Perform pre-diagnosis, qualify, then sort all user requests and incidents.- Escalate major breakdowns, anomalies, and non-standard cases according to established procedures.- Process and ensure the follow-up of tickets and those within the assigned scope.- Proceed with a complete diagnosis on the equipment deemed defective or broken down.- Control and verify the proper functioning of workstations, tablets, and any managed peripheral on-site as well as software and applications deployed.- Prepare and preconfigure equipment before its commissioning on-site, configure it once on-site.Contribute to inventory maintenance:- Verify and maintain inventory during interventions.- Intervene on workstations that report an anomaly in the inventory and perform all necessary actions for correction.- Keep the inventory up to date after receiving new equipment, during moves, or replacements of existing equipment.Ensure the reception and delivery of equipment and ensure its maintenance:- Inventory received equipment and store it in the room provided for this purpose, paying particular attention to order, in compliance with safety rules. Enter entries and exits in the central database.- Transport new, repaired, exchanged, or renewed equipment and proceed with its commissioning at its final location within the allotted time.- Take charge of broken or defective equipment (workstations, tablets, and any managed peripheral), coordinate and proceed with its transport from the service center once the repair or exchange is finalized.- Perform equipment transfers between the different service sites.Participate in the enrichment of documentation and knowledge bases:- Write support guides intended for users and adapt them so that they are always up to date and follow the evolution of digital tools.- Write and keep internal commissioning, operation, and tool procedures up to date.- Keep skills up to date by self-training on the evolution of equipment and tools through knowledge bases, internal training, and documentation.Profile sought:- Knowledge of MacOS, iPadOS, tvOS systems and Microsoft 365 products.- Interest and curiosity for new technologies and multimedia equipment (gateways, displays, interactivity, etc.).- Certifications related to Apple and Microsoft are a plus.- Driver's license and residence in Switzerland.- Sense of responsibility towards the clientele.- Helpfulness, listening skills, and customer orientation.- Ability to adapt and flexibility.- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely in French.- Punctuality, autonomy, and rigor.Start date: June [Year]Are you interested in this opportunity?
