## Description du poste ##

We are recruiting for one of our clients -a leading services company near Lausanne -an AP Accounting Expert to strengthen their finance team.

You will work closely with the Chief Accountant and take ownership of the entire Accounts Payable process. Temporary role.

**Your responsibilities:**

- **Accounts Payable:** receipt, verification and posting of invoices; review of services delivered; purchase order management; preparation and execution of payments; monitoring of deadlines and discrepancy resolution; daily interaction with suppliers; administrative management of contracts (leasing, vehicles, services, etc.).

- **Analysis & reliability:** consistency checks on invoices, monitoring of commitments, updating of expense tracking reports, and contribution to the improvement of AP processes.

- **Cross-functional support:** occasional participation in customer reminders, cash-flow monitoring and bank reconciliations.

- **General accounting:** contribution to bookkeeping and balance sheet preparation.

**Your profile:**

- Degree in Accounting.

- At least 3/5 years experience in a similar role.

- Proficiency in accounting tools and ERP systems like SAP.

- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and autonomy.

- Excellent interpersonal skills and analytical mindset.

- Professional English required (C1 level).
