With a capacity of 49 long-term care beds and 1 short-term care bed, we are committed to offering quality support in a warm, respectful environment centered on the well-being and dignity of each resident.In the context of the retirement of the incumbent, we are looking for a:Manager at 80%Your missionYou manage the sector and actively contribute to the quality of life of the residents, by proposing activities promoting autonomy, social connection, and well-being, in a dynamic and caring environment.Main responsibilities- Organize and develop the service- Manage a small team (2 employees and 1 apprentice)- Plan and coordinate activities (social, cultural, leisure)- Design and manage projects in line with the needs of the residents- Organize specific events, including resident vacations- Identify needs and anticipate sector developments- Collaborate closely with care and other services- Participate in the quality approach and manage the sector budgetYour profile- HES Bachelor's degree / CFC diploma as an ASE (Specialized Educator) with confirmed management experience- Swiss diploma (or in progress) in management/leadership (an asset or willingness to train)- Professional experience of at least 5 years in the social or medical-social field- Experience in supervision or team management- Knowledge of the Vaud framework (CIVESS, quality), an asset- Proactive, autonomous, and organized, with a team spirit and a marked taste for communication- Active commitment to the life of the team and the institutionConditions- Variable hours (weekends, evenings, public holidays according to rotation)- Field presence and attendance at institutional eventsWe offer you- A key role with a direct impact on the quality of life of the residents- A dynamic, human, and interdisciplinary work environment- An institution of human scale driven by strong values- Working conditions according to the CCT of the Vaud parapublic health sector- Benefits promoting the well-being of employees- Parking availableInterested?Please send your complete file (CV, cover letter, diplomas, and work certificates) to:Write an emailFor any further information, do not hesitate to contact us.
