Your mission:

In this cross-functional role, you are responsible for leading and coordinating activities related to health and safety at work, data protection, and level 1 IT support. You ensure the application and continuous improvement of the institution's HSE concept, oversee compliance with current regulations, and contribute to the prevention of occupational risks. You also act as the data protection referent by applying the institutional concept in place. Concurrently, you provide level 1 IT support to users and participate in managing the IT infrastructure. Generally, you contribute to the continuous improvement of processes, support teams, and guarantee a safe, compliant, and efficient working environment.

Your profile:

We are looking for a versatile, autonomous, and particularly rigorous person with solid expertise in health and safety at work (HSE), the core of the role. Training and/or significant experience in this field is essential, as well as a strong sensitivity to risk prevention.

You will also be required to work on topics related to IT and data protection (GDPR). Basic knowledge is an asset, but we mainly expect a genuine motivation to develop your skills and train in these areas.

With excellent organisational skills and a good analytical mind, you know how to manage varied issues operationally and preventively. You demonstrate a strong professional stance, enabling you to enforce rules and procedures credibly.

Comfortable in communication, you stand out for your interpersonal skills: you know how to raise awareness, simplify technical subjects, and collaborate effectively with teams. Good command of IT tools and regulations is a plus.
