As part of the development of our industrial activities and our commitment to energy transition, we are looking to join our Maintenance department: A Responsible for Electrical and Electric H/F.Your responsibilities:As the head of the department, you will be involved in high-value technological projects and will be particularly responsible for:- Managing the development and monitoring of electrical systems at our sites in Marin and Lyss.- Ensuring electrical compliance according to standards and regulations.- Participating in renewable energy projects and implementing smart energy management solutions (internal smart grids, storage).- In collaboration with our technicians, ensuring the monitoring and development of our industrial systems, particularly Siemens.- Contributing to industrial AI projects (AIoT), among others, in the areas of predictive maintenance, energy efficiency, and quality control through vision systems, and integrating new sensor technologies.- Participating in the definition and implementation of industrial cybersecurity (OT Security) according to standards, in collaboration with our department.- Managing a team of electricians and technicians, as well as coordinating the management of industrial projects according to required skills.Requirements:- Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in electrotechnics, electrical engineering, or a related field.- Confirmed experience of 5 to 10 years minimum in strongly industrialized environments and in team management.- Solid knowledge of sustainability, energy efficiency, and energy transition.- Basic knowledge of artificial intelligence including Machine Learning, Deep Learning, LLM, and a strong willingness to learn and engage in the industry.- Excellent analytical skills and strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, along with teamwork aptitude.- Resilience under stress and the ability to manage priorities.- Proficiency in English and German (minimum B2 level required).Start date: As soon as possibleActivity rate: 100%We thank you for sending us your application (cover letter, CV, diplomas, work certificates, etc.) via email.
