Join TCS Valais, a strong section with over 80,000 members, and actively participate in the life of a recognised organisation, close to its members and at the heart of many activities in Valais. We are looking for a dynamic, organised and versatile person who enjoys both administrative work and human contact as well as event organisation. If you like working in a small team where everyone contributes, we would love to meet you.

Your daily tasks

You will play a central role in the operation of our section by: carrying out the usual administrative tasks of the secretariat; welcoming, informing and assisting our members and visitors at our contact point when necessary; organising and coordinating various events and activities; ensuring the administrative follow-up of our activities and files; collaborating with the entire team to guarantee quality service; participating in the management of our website; occasionally handling invoicing for our technical centre; contributing, if you are interested, to our presence on social media (a real asset, but not essential).

Your profile

You are someone who likes to take initiative, work independently while appreciating teamwork. You have: an excellent command of French; good knowledge of German (minimum B2 level); good proficiency with IT and digital tools; an excellent sense of organisation and priorities; a strong taste for customer contact and a service mindset; a positive, flexible and committed personality. The AFA (intermediate insurance) qualification is an asset. If you do not yet have it, you are willing to undertake it with our support.
