New Work benefits from an investment policy to expand our teams, reposition our brand, and in this dynamic, we are looking for many talents and would particularly like to surround ourselves with an Accounting Assistant.We offer you an exciting professional project within a close-knit team and a desire to build many future successes together.Your responsibilities:- You will assist the manager in the management of debtors, including payment monitoring.- You will actively participate in pre-accounting entry, by verifying and coding invoices.- You will collaborate closely with our fiduciary to ensure the accuracy and consistency of financial data.- You will take charge of monitoring expense requests from our employees.- You will check entries related to the cash registers of our branches.- You will assume various tasks related to the management of commercial leases.- You will draw up subletting agreements under the impetus of the management.- You will draw up various administrative documents.Your profile:- You hold a Federal VET Diploma (CFC) as a commercial employee; an accounting assistant diploma is an asset.- You have previous experience in accounting, ideally integrating debtor management.- You master Microsoft 365 tools. You are particularly comfortable with Microsoft Excel.
