In a context of rapid technological evolution, we are progressively integrating generative AI technologies (LLM) into our solutions to automate processes, enrich business applications, and improve the user experience.
We are looking for an AI Solutions Engineer (80–100%) to strengthen this dynamic and transform these technologies into concrete solutions for our clients.
AI Solutions Engineer (80–100%)
Your mission
You design and develop features based on generative AI integrated into our business applications. You participate in setting up architectures that exploit language models to automate, assist, and enrich our clients’ processes.
Your main responsibilities

Develop features based on LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic Azure AI, Mistral…)

Design RAG (retrieval-augmented generation) type solutions

Integrate AI assistants into business applications

Participate in software architecture decisions

Ensure quality, security, and data confidentiality

Maintain technological watch on generative AI
Your profile

Education in computer science (University of Applied Sciences, ETH or equivalent)

Software development experience (minimum 3 years)

Good skills in Python and/or C#

Knowledge of REST APIs and databases

Strong interest in generative AI and LLMs

Autonomy, curiosity, team spirit

Experience with RAG, AI agents or frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex…)

Knowledge of cloud environments

Familiarity with the Valais or French-speaking Swiss economic fabric

Proficiency in German
