Our client is an innovative international company investing heavily in Artificial Intelligence to accelerate digital transformation across its business. As part of a growing AI team, they are looking for an experienced **AI Engineer** to design and deliver intelligent solutions that improve operational efficiency and support business users across multiple functions.
This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to enterprise-wide AI initiatives in a collaborative, fast-paced, and technology-driven environment.
* Design, develop and deploy AI agents and intelligent workflows using Large Language Models (LLMs).
* Translate business requirements into scalable AI solutions from concept through production.
* Build reusable AI components, prompts and automation capabilities to support multiple use cases.
* Integrate AI solutions with enterprise systems and data sources through APIs and connectors.
* Develop and optimize prompt engineering strategies to improve reliability and performance.
* Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to understand operational challenges and deliver practical solutions.
* Define testing methodologies and evaluate AI solution performance before deployment.
* Support user adoption through documentation, demonstrations and knowledge transfer.
* Contribute to AI best practices, governance standards and continuous improvement initiatives.
* Monitor solution performance and identify opportunities for further automation and optimization.
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science or a related technical field (or equivalent hands-on experience).
* Proven experience developing AI applications based on Large Language Models (LLMs).
* Experience building AI agents, copilots or intelligent automation solutions.
* Strong knowledge of Prompt Engineering and LLM optimization techniques.
* Experience integrating AI solutions with APIs and enterprise systems.
* Good programming skills in **Python** and/or **JavaScript / TypeScript**.
* Solid understanding of software engineering best practices (version control, testing, maintainable code).
* Experience designing scalable and reusable AI architectures is highly desirable.
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
* Experience working in regulated or quality-driven environments is considered a strong asset.
* Fluent English required.
