Responsibilities: - Assesses and processes new student applications, including for summer programs. - Prepares documentation for visa applications and follows up on the invoice and payment account. - Sends out acceptance documents for GIHE CH and GIHE UK, via UPS or regular courier. - Refers any queries to the enrollment team to prevent delays in processing files. - Replies in a timely manner to any queries in the shared mailboxes. - Issues unconditional letters for Embassies and Cantonal offices in support of student visa formalities. - Provides active support in the collection of missing admissions documents before the intake, up to 10 weeks after the semester starts for students in accordance with the HES. - Scans all new admissions files once complete and saves them for future reference. - Checks upon the authenticity of the students' final academic documents. - Processes all changes in the various systems once evidence is submitted and ensures the correct classification of new student payments in the various systems accordingly and issues payment receipts to sponsors. - If needed, liaises with accounting teams in Switzerland and Spain (FAST). - Shares the status of the new students' invoices. - Prepares all necessary lists for the official days and ensures documents are sent out timely in the process on campus. Profile and Experiences: - CFC, commercial diploma preferred. - Worked in a similar position, in a multicultural environment, for 1 year. - Computer literate. - Written and spoken English and French; other languages are a plus. - Good knowledge of university admissions policies, standards, and procedures. - Ability to work effectively to deadlines. - Positive team player, well organized, precise, and detail-driven. - Driving license is a plus.
