To replace the current manager who will soon leave her position, we are looking for a Structure Manager - 80% to 100%
Main responsibilities:
- Like a conductor, lead and manage your team towards the vision you wish to achieve in accordance with the mission and vision of the FEJ
- Organise, plan and oversee the managerial, educational and administrative activities of the APEMS with enthusiasm and creativity
- Develop with the educational team reflections and measures aimed at maintaining the quality of child support, parent reception and be involved in the FEJ’s inclusion policy
- Apply and develop the educational approach of the structure in line with the FEJ’s vision
- Actively participate in the various events organised by the structure and the FEJ
- Ensure the reputation of the structure as well as the FEJ
- Participate in FEJ management conferences, contributing ideas
- Work closely with the other structures of the Foundation
Desired profile:
- Diploma in childhood institution management EPD ES or team management HES preferred or equivalent diploma
- Social ES or HES diploma, "childhood education" stream
- Proven experience in a management position of at least 5 years
- Mastery of interview techniques
- Project management, dynamism, creativity and kindness
- Administrative ease and good command of IT tools
