After-Sales Technician/Appliance Installer

Responsibilities

Installation

• Carry out deliveries of household appliances to customers within the allotted time and respecting the established schedule, according to quality standards (service area: from Geneva to Montreux)
• Ensure the commissioning and proper functioning of "built-in" and "freestanding" appliances.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues during installation.
• Provide customers with advice on use and maintenance.

After-Sales Service

• Perform after-sales repairs, ensure smooth execution of work, and prepare comprehensive intervention reports ad hoc for follow-up (environment, technical specifics, etc.).
• Thoroughly inspect appliances, establish precise and appropriate diagnoses.
• Work closely with scheduling to ensure efficient and prompt handling of repairs, respecting deadlines and time slots defined by scheduling.
• Write intervention reports and ensure repair follow-up.
• Adopt a customer-oriented and results-driven commercial attitude.

Qualifications

• Technical training in electromechanics, electronics, or a similar field.
• Previous experience in a similar role, ideally in the household appliance sector.
• Knowledge of major household appliance brands and their products.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve technical problems independently.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a strong customer service orientation.
• Valid driving licence in Switzerland.
