Job description :
- Writing repair orders / work orders
- Assignment, organisation and planning of interventions
- Monitoring and control of assigned activities
- Application of the company’s current quality procedures (cleanliness, compliance with environmental standards and safety rules)
- Management of replacement vehicles
Customer relations :
- Offering packages / upselling products and services
- Invoicing / payment collection
- Returning the vehicle to the customer
- Promotion of the company’s service offers
REQUIRED PROFILE
Training :
- With some professional experience, you hold a commercial employee CFC or technical training in the sector. Ideally, you have already proven yourself in a car dealership.
- Autonomous, organised, rigorous and stress-resistant personality, you adopt a positive attitude and have a good ability to work in a team
- You are comfortable with numbers and have excellent mastery of IT tools and data processing.
- Constant contact with customers, by phone and at the counter, is not an obstacle for you.
- Good command of spoken and written French
- Work rate: 100%.
