Attached to our Event Logistics Centre, the Advertising Producer is responsible for the implementation and deployment of Vaudoise's visual supports and signage throughout Switzerland. As guarantor of the quality and coherence of our brand image, he/she coordinates advertising productions, monitors production progress and contributes to the logistical organisation of our events, in close collaboration with various internal and external partners.

A true field player, the post holder shares their activity equally between managing and deploying the brand's advertising supports and operational participation in event logistics. Equivalent involvement in each of these two areas of activity will be expected.

The tasks awaiting you:

Advertising production (50%)

  • Ensure the deployment and monitoring of Vaudoise's visual communication throughout Switzerland
  • Guarantee the coherence and respect of the brand identity through agencies, shop windows, signage, vehicles and communication media
  • Manage the production, printing and installation of advertising materials in collaboration with internal and external partners
  • Coordinate suppliers and service providers, monitor productions and ensure compliance with quality standards
  • Manage orders, stocks and distribution of communication materials
  • Contribute to the visual support of marketing campaigns and various communication actions

Event logistics (50%)

  • Participate in the logistical organisation of Vaudoise events in Switzerland, from preparation to closing of the events
  • Ensure transport, installation, assembly and dismantling of stands, advertising materials and necessary equipment
  • Ensure availability and proper management of event equipment, as well as its delivery to various sites
  • Provide operational support on site to guarantee smooth running of events and a quality experience for participants
  • Ensure administrative follow-up of events (reporting, documentation, monitoring of interventions)
  • Contribute to continuous process improvement and demonstrate flexibility in a role alternating between administrative activities and field presence
  • Make regular trips throughout Switzerland and occasionally participate in evening or weekend events

Your profile:

  • Experience in advertising production, events, visual communication or an equivalent field
  • Comfortable both in project coordination and operational activities on site
  • Organisational skills, autonomy and excellent priority management
  • Practical mindset and solution orientation. Constant commitment, versatility, flexibility and adaptability
  • Interest in the brand, communication and events universe
  • Good interpersonal skills and ease in collaborating with various stakeholders
  • Availability for frequent travel within Switzerland and occasional presence in the evening or at weekends
  • Native French speaker, German level B2 (oral and written proficiency)
  • Driving licence B essential; trailer driving licence preferred
