The Les Castors Foundation works towards optimal inclusion within society for people with disabilities (…). Our mission is to support these individuals with a tailored individual educational project in an enabling environment. Thanks to its institutions, more than 280 people are welcomed each day, at their place of residence and/or workplace. To achieve this, we rely on multidisciplinary teams providing quality support, guided by fundamental values such as humanism, kindness, tolerance, and respect.

Do you enjoy supporting people with special needs and wish to contribute to our innovative offer? Then we are looking for you! To strengthen our continuing education team within the Protected Workshops of Jura, in Delémont, we are seeking

an adult educator at 50% on a fixed-term contract (1 year)

Your tasks

Create, deliver and adapt school or professional training for people with disabilities;
Define and realise the training needs expressed by our beneficiaries;
Promote the training offer by creating and distributing an internal catalogue;
Collaborate in the development of pedagogical strategies;
Encourage learners’ autonomy and personal development;
Manage the administrative follow-up of files.

Your profile & skills

You hold a diploma in the field of specialised teaching or adult education (FSEA, BFFA), a recognised MSP training would be a plus;
You have the ability to set objectives and apply principles of individualised pedagogy adapted to the specific needs of beneficiaries;
Your professional and methodological skills are confirmed by your past experiences and you know how to integrate into a team with ease;
You have a sense of communication, appreciate networking, and demonstrate adaptability and versatility in the face of situations that arise;
Your values align with our mission and you enjoy challenges.
