In order to strengthen our continuing education team, within the Protégés Jurassiens, in Delémont, we are looking for an adult educator at 50% on a fixed-term contract (1 year).Your missions- Create, deliver, and adapt educational or professional training for people with disabilities;- Define and concretize the training needs expressed by our beneficiaries;- Promote the training offer by creating and distributing an internal catalog;- Collaborate on pedagogical projects;- Foster the autonomy of learners and their personal development;- Manage the training.Profile & your skills- You hold a diploma in the field of specialized teaching or adult education (FSEA, BFFA), a recognized MSP certification would be a plus;- You have the ability to set objectives and apply principles of individualized pedagogy adapted to the specific needs of the beneficiaries;- Your professional and methodological skills are confirmed by your past experiences and you know how to integrate into a team with ease;- You have a sense of responsibility, you appreciate networking, you demonstrate adaptability and versatility in the face of challenges that arise;- Your values are in line with our mission and you appreciate challenges.We offer- A stimulating and enriching job, within a dynamic team;- A unique, pleasant, friendly work environment spread over several sites;- Flexible and advantageous working conditions defined according to the collective labor agreement.Start date: immediately or to be agreed upon. jid6c2fc25aen jit0625aen jpiy26aen
