Adult Education FLI/FLE Manager - Department Manager (65%)Your missionWithin a small, committed team and in close collaboration with the director and the managers of other departments, you will ensure both a teaching mission and a pedagogical coordination mission. You will notably be responsible for:- Teaching French, mainly in literacy and beginner levels, to a female migrant audience- Designing and adapting pedagogical content according to the learners' needs- Coordinating and harmonizing the pedagogical practices of the department- Accompanying and supporting volunteers and other contributors in a logic of mentoring and sharing of practices- Contributing to the pedagogical monitoring of participants and the quality of the activities offered- Participating in team meetings and institutional reflections of the center- Collaborating on certain transversal tasks, notably activity reports, funding requests, or center development projectsYour profile- Tertiary education in a relevant field (adult education, FLE/FLI, social sciences, or equivalent)- FSEA and FIDE certifications required- Experience in teaching French to an allophone audience, ideally in the field of integration- Experience or interest in pedagogical coordination and the accompaniment of a team of contributors- Good communication and writing skills- Ease in teamwork and aptitude for fostering a positive dynamic- Marked interest in issues related to integration, migration, and interculturality- Good command of standard office tools- Knowledge of the Geneva social or institutional network as well as one or more foreign languages are assetsWe offer- A meaningful activity within a recognized organization- A varied position, combining teaching, pedagogical coordination, and contribution to the development of the center's project- A small, dynamic, committed, and friendly team- A work environment favoring autonomy, creativity, and initiative- Salary conditions according to sector practices- Flexibility in working time and closure of the center during school holidays- Place of work: Meyrin- Start date: August 15 or to be agreed upon- Application deadline: July 15Complete application files (cover letter, CV, copies of diplomas and work certificates)Only applications corresponding to the profile sought will receive a response. jidf035153aen jit0727aen jpiy26aen
