ARASAPE is an organization that groups the 18 municipalities of the Aigle district and the Pays-d'Enhaut. Its mission is to manage the Regional Social Center of Bex (CSR) and the social insurance agencies (AAS), as well as the Child Daycare Network (AJE). AJE is looking for a: Manager 60% for its office in Bex. Your main missions:- Ensure and manage the functioning of the network.- Supervise and guarantee the proper management of family files within the network.- Redefine, evolve, and harmonize the guidelines for family management.- Support and advise teams and structures in processing specific files.- Promote the development of team skills and cohesion within the team.- Manage complex or sensitive cases related to families when they exceed the usual processing framework handled by managers, monitoring the procedures for appeals submitted by parents, and ensuring the handling of disputes or contentious issues.- Ensure compliance with inter-network agreements.- Actively participate in service meetings and internal discussion spaces.- Provide general support to families.- Maintain communication with the owner of the premises for any questions regarding the building or infrastructure.- Establish and analyze reports in the managerial field.
