Our mission is to transform your properties into high-performing assets, combining our expertise in property management, brokerage, condominium management (PPE), and works management with a global vision that integrates financial aspects and long-term value, along with personalized support.As part of the development of our activities, we are looking for a:Property Manager – Management & PPE (100%)Your mission:In close collaboration with a dedicated technical manager and under the supervision of a member of management, you will ensure the autonomous management of a mixed portfolio composed of PPE and rental buildings. You will play a central role in steering and managing relationships with a high quality of service. Your main responsibilities:- Ensure the day-to-day management of a portfolio composed of PPE and rental buildings.- Follow up on relationships with owners, co-owners, and partners.- Prepare and coordinate PPE general assemblies, minutes, and follow-up on decisions.- Draft lease-related documents, amendments, and correspondence.- Follow up on requests and interventions in coordination with the relevant stakeholders.- Participate in budget monitoring and building maintenance.- Collaborate closely with the technical manager on administrative and technical aspects of the portfolio.- Actively participate in the continuous improvement of internal processes and the agency's quality of service.Your profile:- Recognized real estate certification in Switzerland (Federal Diploma in Property Management is an asset).- Minimum of 5 years of successful experience in a similar role within a Swiss real estate agency.- Solid knowledge of Swiss tenancy law and PPE regulations.- Excellent command of the Quorum software (an asset).- Ability to manage a portfolio autonomously, manage priorities, and maintain an overall vision.- Excellent writing skills and a rigorous, proactive, structured, and solution-oriented approach.We offer:- A key position within an independent, human-sized agency, offering a professional and stimulating work environment.- You will benefit from real autonomy in managing your files while evolving within a committed team oriented towards quality of service.- We place particular importance on human relations, personalized support for our clientele, as well as flexible working conditions, including flexible hours and the possibility of teleworking.Start date: To be agreed. jid38da5ffaen jit0418aen jpiy26aen
