The regional employment offices (ORP) of the canton of Vaud at the General Directorate of Employment and Labor Market (DGEM) assist clients in their job search and support employers in recruiting personnel. They play a key role in implementing employment policy and combating unemployment. In your role, you ensure a key function in activities and handle all requests related to the services of the ORP. You supervise back-office activities, including the processing of job vacancies as well as registrations for labor market measures (MMT). You are also responsible for managing the workflow of the team. You act as a liaison for the Head of Office in managing team activities and contribute to the smoothness of the processes. In direct contact with clients, you ensure a professional welcome and respond to their requests efficiently.
