To learn more, follow this link.Tasks- Management of the agenda of the court registry of the divisions of the Cantonal Court- Maintenance of physical and electronic court files (registration of matters, follow-up, final processing and dispatch of decisions, handling of the court registry's correspondence, opening of mail, correspondence, and enveloping)- Telephone information service and personal reception at the counter- Drafting of minutes- Supervision of apprenticesDesired Profile- Commercial vocational training (EFZ), or equivalent education and skills- Mastery of common office applications- Interest in digitalization- Several years of professional experience, preferably in a court or legal environment- Reliability, discretion, and a confident manner in dealing with people- Mastery of German with good knowledge of French jidc4a3f22aen jit0518aen jpiy26aen
