  • Setting up SharePoint page
  • Organizing supplier access to SharePoint
  • Managing Outlook shared mailbox
  • Organizing/managing meeting schedule
  • Send meeting minutes / Follow up e-mails
  • Send invites (Teams meeting)
  • Reschedule timings
  • Pre-share materials/home works
  • Organizing team schedule
  • Weekly plan for suppliers sessions
  • Check team availability
  • Track implementation progress (sessions completed, …)

Your profile:


  • Technical know-how or competencies required
  • Tech savvy
  • Microsoft office (Excel, Power Point, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint)
  • Preferred Sustainability background/interest
  • Student/recent graduated
  • English / French mandatory,
