Assistant (Property) 60%-80%PLAZZA AG plans, develops, markets, and manages real estate and real estate projects in Switzerland. The portfolio consists of residential and commercial properties as well as large development projects in the economic centers of Zurich and Geneva. To strengthen our team, we are looking for an engaged, loyal, and responsible individual as:Assistant (Property) 60%-80%Under the responsibility of the Asset Manager for French-speaking Switzerland. Working days are Monday and Wednesday as full days. Tuesday and/or Thursday on a variable basis depending on the employment rate, alternating between part-time or full-time.Tasks- Ensure reception and telephone switchboard duties for clients and contractors, ensure their professional handling, and guarantee the management of the meeting room.- Management of supplies (office supplies, meeting room, mail, archives).- General administrative support for the Property Manager and the Asset Manager in the management of a portfolio of residential and commercial buildings located in Crissier.- Support in the rental process: processing of applications, follow-up of references, drafting of lease agreements, follow-up of rental guarantees, apartment handovers, and inventory of fixtures (entries/exits).- Follow-up of correspondence, management of agendas, and scheduling of appointments with contractors.- Assistance in processing creditor invoices: reception, verification, and transmission for validation.- Entry and update of basic data in the real estate management software (RIMO X REM).- Processing of claims, opening of files, coordination with insurance companies, and other tasks related to real estate management.Profile- Hold a Federal Diploma of Vocational Education and Training (CFC) as a commercial employee and justify confirmed experience (3 years), ideally in the real estate sector or a property management agency for an administrative and technical position.- Reliable, smiling, and service-oriented personality, enjoying contact with clients and knowing how to express oneself with ease.- Endowed with an excellent sense of organization, great listening skills, and a good team spirit, representing the company image with care.- Analytical skills, structured work method, rigor, and mastery of French; mastery of German would be an asset.- Mastery of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and ideally software related to real estate (RIMO X REM).What we offer- A varied and diversified position within a dynamic and motivated team.- A valued and respectful corporate culture.- A stimulating environment fostering the evolution of your responsibilities and the development of your skills.- Support for initial and continuous training.- Employment conditions and benefits (notably a parking space in Crissier, also usable on weekends), 5 weeks of vacation, an additional week of leave between Christmas and New Year, as well as 41.75 working hours per week for a 100% rate.How to applyWe look forward to receiving your application via the online application tool.
