The Domaine de l'Alpe des Chaux is an exceptional natural and recreational area, nestled in the heart of the Vaud Alps near Villars-sur-Ollon. Our dynamic team works to enhance and sustainably manage this unique site, serving both residents and visitors. As part of the development and continuous improvement of the domain's management, we are looking for a motivated, organised person interested in IT tools to strengthen the office team.
Your main tasks
Ensure the physical and telephone reception of owners, partners and service providers in French and EnglishManage routine correspondence, invoicing and administrative follow-up of the domainParticipate in the planning and coordination of seasonal and event activitiesUpdate databases, booking tools and communication materialsCollaborate with field teamsWrite minutes, reports and documentsOccasionally contribute to versatile tasks according to the domain's needs
Profile sought
Federal VET diploma as a commercial employee or equivalent training in the administrative fieldProven experience in an administrative or reception position, ideally in tourismInterest and sensitivity to the real estate sectorFluency in French and good knowledge of English (spoken), any other language is an assetEase with IT tools (Office suite, management software, email)Service-oriented, rigorous organisation and ability to manage prioritiesTeam spirit, autonomy and a communicative good moodAffinity with the mountain environment and values related to nature and sustainable development
