You will actively participate in the daily management of the showroom and contribute to the fluidity of tasks.Main responsibilities:- Answer phone calls and direct callers- Send technical data sheets to clients and sanitary professionals, answer various questions- Manage the loan of samples to clients and architects- Participate in the continuous improvement of internal processes- Manage invoicing and client follow-ups and disputes- Support for the preparation of offers or other requests- Schedule appointments and manage agendas- Ensure the link with external partners (marketing, SEO, suppliers, etc.)- Manage various projects that will arise as the company evolves- Participate in team meetingsWhat you bring:- Rigorous, efficient, and autonomous work- Technical knowledge of the building sector, a real plus- Excellent attention to detail and solution-oriented- Ability to juggle multiple tasks and interlocutors- Marked interest in design, architecture, and interior decoration- Training in the commercial or technical field (CFC commercial employee, or equivalent)- Confirmed experience in a role with a technical or commercial component- Dynamic, reliable, proactive person with an excellent sense of service- Mastery of office tools (MsOffice), knowledge of Bexio/inDesign software is a plus- Excellent command of written and spoken French – English/Italian, a plus- Swiss resident or Permit B, C, GWe offer you:- The opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of an SME- A varied position- A passionate and caring team- Interactions with clients, suppliers, and carriers- Autonomy and flexibility on a daily basis- A bright workplace, 3 minutes walk from Lake Geneva- Start date immediately or to be agreed.
